tomin8r 0 Posted November 24, 2008 This photo and the medium you chose (B&W) give it a timeless classic feel. 2008 or 1908? Can't really tell. Nice job. Link to comment
jmarcraveau 0 Posted November 24, 2008 Nice image. I live in a place without snow, your pictures look as coming from another world for me. Nice B&W processing. Regards, Jean-Marc Link to comment
blue-olympus 0 Posted November 24, 2008 A very good Winter's Scene Richard...the lighting is exposed well for this type of shot! Link to comment

ryourth 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Am fascinated by how two similar images can create two different moods, your B&W is well done with a good tonal range.the feeling I get is that it is a quiet time & everything is as it should be,. I remember one of your first postings was a scene taken at the same location but in colour ,"Morning snow 2" , my first thoughts were that it is a cold winter day, snowing & driving is probably kind of treacherous.. What do you think of my meandering thoughts.Best regards-Ross Link to comment
rarmstrong 0 Posted November 26, 2008 Thank you, El and Ross! I agree, Ross. The black and white imparts a whole different mood than the color image. I don't know what to say other than it's fun to work with these to see what I can create. Best regards, Dick Link to comment
