Good control

The lighting and composition are wonderful! Personally, I think the eyes are turned too far into the corners of the sockets. Focusing the eyes on a subject from their position would be difficult and most persons would turn the head a bit to look in that direction more naturally. I'm sure many will disagree but that is my take on the image.
