alight 0 Posted November 14, 2008 I see that the dog gave you enough time to focus properly. Did you wear your favourite running shoes? Now, if the jeep were stuffed with V8 juice, I'd be willing to go bark there, as well. I like the way you composed this. The photo has a balanced feel. Even though the K9 is small, the stuff in the background is a good counterweight to the fat truck. Cheers, Micheal Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted November 15, 2008 No doubt in my mind that if anyone would like this one, it would be you. This guy never came after me, but I didn't give him much opportunity, as I stayed right in the driver's seat of my car and lined the shot up from a pretty fair distance. I do a lot of dumb things, but walking up to a guard dog without defense is not one of them. Hell, I'll bet those cans are worth more than the car. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted November 15, 2008 The shepherd looks like it means business. One step farther and I'm sure it would have been all fur and fangs. Nobody messed with my master's stash. Nobody. And I'm sure that the master would've had a new camera to boot. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted November 16, 2008 He had my respect for sure. So much so that if he came my way, I had my finger on the up button for the windows. There was no way he was going to get a chunk of my hide. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted November 27, 2008 Booty is right. This guy accumulates beer cans like I accumulate books. The license plate is also interesting. Maybe this guy makes bootleg beer and recycles the cans and the defaced license plate is his too cool attempt to remain anonymous. As someone commented recently "It's not my world anymore, I'm just walking around in it." Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted November 28, 2008 One sure thing is that the cans will probably fetch more than your books, when sold. lol Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted November 28, 2008 Over here in Japan I can't even give them away. I hate to throw away books, it's a sin against intelligence, but I'm rapidly running out of shelf space. Nobody reads anymore except for their cell phones. Link to comment
