JamieK 1 Posted November 14, 2008 It is beautiful, but the background, which you have so carefully blurred by using a wide aperture, has been clumsily unblurred by the camera software. To me, that always looks unnatural. If you shoot raw files, you could (if you wanted) make another one with sharpening turned off. The berries will be a little less punchy, but the background will lose that funny hard look. I think you can turn off sharpening in the camera as well, but sometimes sharpening may be useful. I cut out a detail from your image to show what I mean. Link to comment
