in a public pool, with a low exposure. any ideas on how to improve?

please look at the next in the portfolio, it's in b/w. which do you prefer?

I thikn this colour version is best. I know I have suggested B&W with other photos but this green is wonderful. Very interesting lines and wonderful contrasts. The hands are what turns it into such an interesting shot. Love it.
