This place at Tyri Fjord is one of my most frequently visited locations on afternoons, at any time of the year.

I am always looking for that special light and perfect conditions to capture and there is no one-and-only perfect condition...it can be everything from storm to quiet sunsets like this one...I don`t care as long the most important condtions play together, like wind, light and mood.

My image, Nimbus, in b&w, was also shot here as a storm was on it`s way and has a totally different approach, both technically and esthetically, with a more surreal otherworldly feel to it.

The last two weeks the afternoons in eastern Norway has offered so many perfect condtions as a photographer and I feel like a rich man, shooting under awesome light several times every week.

Still I am waiting for the heavy snow mass to fall in the mountains and will be shooting at Rondane Mountainrange in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for looking in on this image!

Teriffic combination of soft colors and forms with crisp FG detail. The angular lines and mix of colors is really a treat. Sounds like you had great time in Norway. Look forward to seeing more of the trip.
