AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted November 2, 2008 A once beautiful and productive field laid to waste for speculative industrial land use. Thanks to all the comments and suggestions previously given. Cheers, Aaron Link to comment

AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted November 3, 2008 Hi Marc, the structure you're refering to is simply a rural power box. The difference in field of view is probably due to the fact that one was taken with a wide lens, and the other with a narrower lens and a different camera. The time between them is little more than a year, when it was bought by a corporate land developer whose plans have since stalled leaving the land as you see it on the right. The orange survey marker, deep tracks, and partial grading are clues that it is not just some kind of fall ploughing. thanks, Aaron Link to comment
AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted November 3, 2008 Thank you for the comment Jose... indeed we must. I'm routinely amazed we are able to feed as many people as we do, what with urban and industrial sprawl claiming some of the most productive areas. Cheers, Aaron Link to comment
