Funtak 0 Posted November 2, 2008 Could not fix distortion. I took this photo with Canon 17-40 lens at 17mm. Tried with filter/distort/lens correction too. Any advice? Link to comment
juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted November 2, 2008 Yes...Leave it as is...I like it. The yellow of the umbrella is a bit bright my screen...maybe try a little disaturation? Otherwise muy bueno! juan Link to comment
Funtak 0 Posted November 2, 2008 Thank's. About the yellow: The umbrella is kind of peak of the yellow line that starts with the crown of the distant tree and further stretching over flowers. It could be it is a matter of the contrast, now I can see it too. Maybe I was to eager trying to underline the wet structure of the stairs and the shadow. Best regards, vf Link to comment

lex_photo 0 Posted November 2, 2008 I love the photo as is. The colors are wonderful, you have captured that wonderful saturation that you always see in the rain and right afterwards. Thanks for sharing - Lex Link to comment
seismiccwave 0 Posted November 3, 2008 You caught a wonderful moment. As other have said the yellow looked a bit too bright on my screen also. The rest of the image is great. The wide angle perspective is beautiful. You don't have to correct any distortion. Link to comment
milena_safrova 0 Posted November 3, 2008 I think the motif of repeated bright yellow works very well Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted November 3, 2008 The yellow is always difficult. However, the rainy scenery is captured nicely. Compliments, El Link to comment
corkman 0 Posted November 3, 2008 What is truly great about this photo is your ability to "see" the visual connection and continuity of the foreground with the background and then make it work. As for yellow Vladimir, if I were a religious man, I'd say that "God created yellow to make photographers pay for our sins." Regards, Bill. Link to comment
