I like the concept and the shot. Even the grains due to higher ISO is well accepted here. We just lack some saturation outside the window except you did not want to give any credit to autumn!

i was about to rate ast. 5 due to the model's left hand fingernails. There's something disturbingly wrong with her left hand's fingers. since you're making her left hand as important as other sections of the photo, that hand should be looking better. other than that, yep very beautiful photo

Yes, this works. I like it. It's original as a portrait and there is a story about her. Very good.
