Not Here 93 Posted October 12, 2008 Hey Tim... Love this late afternoon shot... very moody but with great detail. The multitude of individual shadows create excellent interest. Good shot... Mike Link to comment
celasun 0 Posted October 12, 2008 This (the larger one, in fact) is a beautiful image, bordering on abstract. The sense of empty space is immense... Link to comment
Anabela Sequeira 0 Posted October 12, 2008 Very pleasing composition and tones.Well done! Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted October 13, 2008 This picture looks much better uploaded here........... http://www.fotocommunity.com/pc/pc/display/14586492 This is what it SHOULD look like Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted October 13, 2008 Tim... A follow up note. The link you gave does show a much more vivid image with beautiful light, but not so much different from the "view larger" here on PN. I think most of the muddy light is in the small thumbnail, but you know, it still caught my attention, even small... Good shot! Mike Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted October 13, 2008 I've been discussing that with some of the site moderators, apparently there were some discrepancies in the sizes after re-uploading and that was causing some of the muddiness. Thanks for stopping by again! Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted October 13, 2008 The current image is now showing (at least to me, finally) what I expect it to. Thanks to the moderators for helping me through this. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted October 13, 2008 Has to be seen large ! the scene of space, texture of earth, and the lonely tree are very well seen and executed. The light coming gradually from the L, are creating soft shadows, Very nice color palette and composition. Link to comment

ryourth 0 Posted December 31, 2008 Wonderfull composition, your image conveys a sense of the unknown. It's surprising how one part of an image can completely change how the image is perceived. The lines of the road & fields all converge at the tree & the tree becomes the focal point. You feel as if it is the end of the road. Now, move the tree & the road & fields fade into an undefined horizon.Regards-Ross P.S. dan_shoe 0 Posted April 24, 2009 I love the texture of the road which you have captured very well. Great exposure of the sky too. Link to comment
