What a beauty , Wonderful posing
John, I must have missed this the first time through. I really like the way the face is highlighted here. What focal length were you using. Jim Phelps
A wonderful pose!...Ciaomau!
wowwwww wowwwww !!!!
Sorry, she looks deformed. M
Stunning John, if I ever win the California Lottery, I'm going to use it to bribe you to teach me everything you know about lighting. As for the foto in question, the eyes and the expression of the model are so mesmerizing, I almost had to break away and look a second time to even notice it was a nude. I really like this one.
Alan, thank you, but I would not feel competent to give advice to others on how to light scenes, other than to repeat from my own experience. I try to keep it simple and I use a flash attached to the camera. Sure, if more complex lighting is set up, you will be able to stop down and get something that is more precise, particularly as concerns definition (and especially if you use a tripod, which I do not have), but for general glamour work such as I do, I find this technique sufficient. I have always felt that the day on which I try something else, my models will get bored and run away ...
love this one! the angle, the pose and the contrast are great
