kentb2 0 Posted November 27, 2008 I'm pretty sure the original image is just about as fine as one can take. Link to comment
wingell 0 Posted January 8, 2009 This is a beautifully-seen and executed shot, Michael. The composition, light and colors are exquisite. And the wires and poles add an essential framing element. I'll be thinking of this image as I travel very similar roads here in rural upstate New York. All the best...Bill 7/6 Link to comment
bobarcher 0 Posted March 14, 2010 Hi Michael, I like your photo style...the power lines belong in the picture and enhance the title 'rurality' . It's the last house or shed hooked up to power, after that it's petroleum lamps for light and wood stoves. Nice use of either earlier morning or late evening light. I've been living in Switzerland for the last 35 years but still enjoy photographing similar attractive slightly rolling areas around Toronto, Canada when I visit home. C-6 A-6 I'm trying more cropped and wider 16:9 format and enjoying them also. I did a sample of your's and it worked for me Regards, Bob Archer Link to comment
raddatzphoto 0 Posted March 14, 2010 Works for me too, Bob. Your aspect ratio enhances the emotive pull (cinematic) aspect. Link to comment
