It is ok, but a bit flat and too small.

When I saw the the thumbnail I thought is was a bird against a misty dawn and it looked quite interesting. But on opening it up I think the log is too angular and irregular and this contrasts *too* much with the way the mist softens the outlines of the trees. Without the left-most and middle stumps on the top of the log, the shape would be smoothed off and still look like a log. But I agree that the colours are great and you have kept the feel of an autumn dawn very well.

I would remove the fake moon, or at least add a reflection in the water so it doesn't scream that it doesn't belong.

Where is the moon reflection? Why those considering this as a 7/7 photo have not seen this detail? Maybe because they are in a hurry to write comments without analyzing image?. Too bad.
