Christal1664882414 0 Posted October 8, 2008 This goat had a 'thing' going with this fence. He kept rubbing up against it and licking it. Please give me your opinions on this.....thanks! Link to comment
Christa Binder 616 Posted October 8, 2008 Oh my gosh, this is funny. I was actually taking some pictures of my goats today, they were trying to eat my camera bag, they will put their mouths on anything. Link to comment
vandanabajikar 0 Posted October 9, 2008 I like the details here. Yes, seems he is licking something. Well composed photo. Thanks, Vandana Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted October 9, 2008 If there was snow in the shot, this would be a classic "Don't put your tongue on that!" shot. People have told me in the past, that this is either a salt or sweetness attraction, (otherwise, I don't really want to know what's going on :) ) Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted October 9, 2008 Christal... What a handsome and personable fellow he is! Good shot... Mike Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted October 10, 2008 Granted, it's more of a novelty shot than great photography. Nevertheless, I thought it was kind of funny and wanted to share. Thanks for your comments! Link to comment
idaho girl 0 Posted October 10, 2008 Great shot, Crystal!! We never get to see them this close! Link to comment
jtipton 0 Posted October 22, 2008 Hi Christal- This is really a cool shot. Thanks for the comment on Signs of the Equinox. That was a great day. I think 8 pics came out of that jaunt. One of those magic days. How's you get so close to this guy? If this was a telephoto you sure can't tell. Jim Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted October 23, 2008 This was on the Hidden Lake Trail at Logan Pass in Glacier National Park. These mountain goats were used to being around people, and they mingled in and around us. This guy really wanted THIS spot on the fence. He nearly pushed me out of the way.....so I was really close to him....perhaps 8 feet. They weren't begging for food either, which surprised me. Glad you like this one! Link to comment
