lesa jones 0 Posted October 5, 2008 Thanks Tim! As much time as I have spent down in the bayou area, I was unable to find a great location for sunset shots, until now. I think the primary reason is the season now, the sun finally found its way to a great spot. Thanks again....LJ Link to comment
greg neils 0 Posted October 5, 2008 I really like the top half. The bottom half takes away from the rest of the photo. The horizon could be level. The water, shoreline, and the colors are nice. Link to comment
lesa jones 0 Posted October 5, 2008 Thanks Greg, after I posted I realized the slight tilt, and this is the full aps-c image, which will need cropping when I print. I had alreadys decided to crop some off of the bottom part of the scene. This decaying log was the only thing of interest at ground level at the site. Thanks for the comment.... Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted October 7, 2008 Beautiful angle, the log placement in the midddle of the frame leading our eyes to the lovely sunset beyond. Link to comment

bob_belanger 1 Posted October 8, 2008 I like this image as well. I like the nice colors and all the details you've captured in the foreground. Link to comment
ldavidson 4 Posted October 9, 2008 Hi Lisa, I didn't really notice the tilt until I looked at your edited version. This is a beautiful scence. It has such a peaceful, gentle feeling. I love the colours, the mood, the composition. I would love to be sitting on that log right now, watching the sun set. I love it. Link to comment
