Not Here 93 Posted October 2, 2008 Ahhh, nice and quite artsy. The converging lines of the clouds and tracks intersect perfectly to draw the eye into the image and the colors and tones are very good. I especially like the simple elements involved.... nice frame too :-) Mike Link to comment
sergey-afanasyev 0 Posted October 3, 2008 This one is like a painting of an impressionist. Dark blue featured yellow - what can be a better color combination? Link to comment
rbanfield 0 Posted October 24, 2008 I keep coming back to this folio of your Northwest trip. The coldness of the grey sky in contrast with the warmth of the grain really appeals to me. And the tracks leading no where just compliments the entire composition..Bravo. I have taken the liberty of adding this to my other 3 of your shots in my favorite folio...RAY Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted October 24, 2008 Hey there! Good to hear from you, and thanks for all of your kind words on my photos. I'm flattered and honored that you would have some of them in your favorites. I was wondering how your photo contest went? Has that already happened? If you didn't win, you should have.......but did you get any feedback at least? Ray, you should try to work out a trip to the Palouse someday......it's quite a unique and remarkable place! Ciao! jtipton 0 Posted April 26, 2009 Hi Cristal, Just looking at this picture put's a smile on my face. It's coming, the Palouse is turning green with the new crops. I love the saturation in this picture. It's how I picture it. Thanks for the comment on the Wild Horse monument. It sits on the East side of the Gorge to the south. You can see it from the road. Take care and all my best-Jim Link to comment
