It recalls an image by Jerry Uelsman I saw years ago, of the artist staring at his own corpse, though I do not necessarily read this image in that vein. That said, however, I noticed none of the comments above attempted to psychoanalyze this image. The more I look at it, the less clues I get as to the meaning, intended or otherwise. Under these circumstances, then, I think it is not totally out of line to ask for clues from the artist himself. Link to comment
