The juxtaposition is again unusual and funny, the trio birds are stuffed? It looks like a perfume bottle on the left side? the Window is a nice backdrop to that bizarre melange....

BTW, your new bio looks like a medical xray ,,,,funny and a good sense of humor...

Good guess, these are all stuffed birds. The other object is an oil lamp. This was part of the room decor in what was supposed to be a 18th century country gentleman's home. It was part of a historical pioneer village.

The bio pic is one of a series of C/T scans. I get these as well as MRI's to see what is going on with the AS.Since I like getting second opinions when it comes to doctors, I always ask to get a copy of the files on a CD. I figured that, this head and shoulder shot, would make an amusing bio pic.

so this was the place that your where referring to. Getting such a result under such conditions (which are in fact a lot worse than they seem) is a not an easy thing to do. It shows you're a solid technician, not that that comes as a surprise. It's a very appealing photo. Although I understand Jacks referral I was more thinking of Charles Willson Peale.

I always have better luck with birds if they are stuffed and put in a bell jar before I get my camera out.

This was shot in the parlor of a house built in 1816 which is part of a historical village so your estimate is very near the mark.

This is the place I had referred to. I realized after making that comment that I had a number of photos from that day which I liked but had never posted, so I dug out this one.
