ifti 1 Posted September 29, 2008 Very nice effect on the white waters and great composition with the Diagonal rocky foreground, Thanks for sharing. Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted September 29, 2008 Ahhhh, Christal... you're playing my song here! Beautiful colors, motion and the lighting is bright, but not blown out... just excellent! Mike Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted September 30, 2008 I'm thrilled that you like this! On this trip I tried some new things like catching motion in water and wheat fields. It was a fun experiment, and although I ended up with a lot of junk, I got a few good things. Thanks for your encouragement. Now with regard to the buffaloes you commented on earlier......I'm really struggling with that one. I can't get it anywhere close to as good as yours. Can you share what you did? Did you work in layers? You can email me if you want, or just put it on the buffalo photo page. Thanks, Mike! Link to comment
mdineen 0 Posted October 2, 2008 i've seen so many water shots that i usually don't pause. this one is so simple that it shouldn't be so appealing, yet it is. it's peaceful even though the water is running fast. the light and blue tones are beautiful. very well done. Link to comment

antoniobassiphotography 0 Posted December 6, 2008 Great tones! I would make a grayscale version as well. Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted December 12, 2008 I agree that the B&W is also effective, but there is something about that unusual color of blue that I prefer. This is another one I can play around with when I get my new editing software (see the message I left you on my Dunes image). Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted December 19, 2008 "traveling" a bit in your files, I liked this composition a lot. It has such a blue energy. The diagonal framing help as well to add to the tension of the whole! very well executed Happy holidays and new coming year. Link to comment
