The exposure and technique is right on. I wish her hand wasn't chopped at the wrist and that she was in some way engaging with the camera!

Hey Diana, thanks a lot! Actually I did have a shot with eye contact but I thought this one looked a bit more natural so I submitted this one to the photo contest instead.
