This is a HDR picture taken of the Bowl and Pitcher (don't ask me why,

but that's what they call the rock formation) in the Spokane River. Your

rating and comments are appreciated both good and bad. Thanks for

looking.

Looks good to me..great atmosphere and colouring, good use of HDR (your bit of an expert now). Good viewpoint (bridge or boat?)...Regards!

Lovely work here. The yellowed light gives this scene a sleepy feel. I can imagine sitting on shore for awhile and watching the foam form and reform on the water.

Generally a great and interesting shot again, Jim. I have some reservation concerning the sharpness in the middle/bg. ( Can also be my monitor). The slightly dark tone is what you wanted to achieve I guess. Best regards, El

Thanks everyone for the input. Iappreciate the candid comments regarding the darkness of the picture and frankly agree. The light wasn't the best and I probably should have waited. However, as an HDR experiment, it was a good learning experience. Best wishes to all and thanks again.-Jim

Jim, super image, I think the best HDR is when you have nicely exposed image with no hint thats its HDR.
