dougityb 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Does the squiggle in the fence in the background bother you? Above the squiggle was an orange building, which I removed, but the squiggle is original. Does it distract? (pretend you didn't read this when evaluating the picture) Link to comment
michael mccann 0 Posted September 22, 2008 The background is only slightly distracting. The striking model definitely is strong enough to carry the image. Link to comment
MichaelChang 12 Posted September 22, 2008 No complaints at first glance, but now that you mention it... :-) Actually, I'm not bothered by the squiggle at all. I like this best of the three. Her look is a bit blank without a wee smile especially with those striking eyes, but one can interpret that many ways, I suppose. Colors are complementary and the tight composition works. I'm of two minds about how her arms are missing from the frame but the tattoo is nice, though...! :-) Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Michael, that's nice. I'll be sure to let her know, and that confirms my belief that a pretty girl is good medicine for bad photography. Mike, I insist that all my models get that tattoo. And I pay for it, or course, because that's the kind of nice guy I am. ;-) Link to comment
suspendedmoments 0 Posted September 23, 2008 I see nothing but a stunning composition don't care for the shoulder tatoo (kidding) The fence line brings a necessary energetic flow and I like it very much. This model... I've seen her in other portraits you've done... is stunning and unique truly a remarkable portrait thanks for sharing it Link to comment
