Here, once again, you've overcome my usual disinterest in pictures of flowers with a compelling composition that uses rich color, shallow depth of field, and low point-of-view to create something quite wonderful.

Tim, thank you and hello! As fall arrives here our vegetation starts to take on the colors of the southwest:-)...I'm happy you like this. These flowers are dying outside of my office and I walk by them every morning. It's been a busy summer and it sounds like the same for you. I just recieved a Sigma 10-20 zoom this week so I'm anxious to experiment. I hope all is well in the west and that you will have a good school year!
