jerrymat 4 Posted September 17, 2008 I was inspired in the pose by studying Renoir - however models seem to have changed their proportions since he painted them. Link to comment
je ne regrette rien 67 Posted September 17, 2008 There are lots of details in this photo, but it is interesting, as are the tones. Maybe a bit overprocessed. Link to comment
jerrymat 4 Posted September 19, 2008 It is funny that I am accused of overusing computer processing when I use very little and no one seems to notice it when I use more. Here is a jpeg made by the camera simultaneously with the RAW that I processed. I think you will notice I cut the saturation and softened the shadow edge on the rock. Link to comment
je ne regrette rien 67 Posted September 19, 2008 I just noticed the contrasts and your reply makes me realise that they are due to the light (sunset?), which makes them a bit harsh.PS: My name is Luca Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted October 7, 2008 Well, what I like about it is the intimate and private feeling of the picture .. yet at the same time, it is well composed. A charming photo. Link to comment
