MichaelChang 12 Posted September 14, 2008 Wow, Tiffany, that's quite a point of view! Might be more effective if the colors of the foreground and background weren't so similar to create a bit more separation. Link to comment
alpenglow 0 Posted September 14, 2008 Amazing photo T. I know what Michael means about the colors, but you did a great job of creating that separation by blurring the background. Beautiful work. Mike Link to comment
jkilgo 0 Posted September 15, 2008 I like this, the story this tells is interesting and your composition really emphasizes what's happening here...I see the dominant Stallion watching over his harem...this almost feels like a warning...that's close enough! Nicely captured and nice presentation. Link to comment
rascal64 9 Posted September 15, 2008 Thank you Michael Mike and Jeff. Good point about the unvaried colors. Another facet of photography that has never seemed like an issue...but definitely is. Actually...these horses were at the Crow fair. They were broken....not wild...although they belonged to members of the Crow Tribe. The horse in the foreground does have a wild look in his eye though. Interesting that the horses that were actually wild look a lot more peaceful than this group. Link to comment
