Great lighting creates nice tones here, I would however retouch her lips in a couple spots that may shine too much.

A well lit sultry model makes for an excellent, provocative portrait. However, the vertical lines on the BG somehow really don't fit well with the feel of the rest of the image. You might consider blending and blurring the surrounding areas to remove them. Nice work up to a point.
