many thanks for your comment - it's always a great surprise when some old photo (I took this in 2008) 'surfaces' again. Well observed that the modern "vikings" obviously took some short-cuts and advantages of modern equipment. Still, I was intrigued by the rough texture of the materials - there's something very haptic in them providing a closer connection (literally "hands on") to the 'real world'.
