Pierre Dumas 261 Posted September 23, 2008 Ha, I can hardly say that I speak Italian, but it just appeared to me that there is no one word in English for boschetto! My vocabulary says that there is though, diminutive of wood or forest and I don't know that I've ever heard or read the word like woody or foresty?! PDE Link to comment
barbaracorvino 0 Posted September 24, 2008 I think "boschetto" is a classic word, yes it is a diminutive of forest, a small forest grown in a classic garden and composed of trees of the same species. Thank you! Ciao. Barbara Link to comment
