Almost as shot... Colors are original but the texture is changed from

stained concrete to paving stones. The green stuff is some sort of moss.

Should I treat this as Grpahics or Photo, as graphics it a good one.

It is really both. It is a graphic work made from a photo, with only the pavement texture changed.

As for how to treat it... simple, what ever way you prefer. ;-)
