dacamera 0 Posted September 8, 2008 Summer Skies hanging heavy over the Scottish Highlands. Many thanks to the people who made comments earlier. I hope the 3/3 raters will take this opportunity to explain why they don't like it! All comments appreciated. Critique only. Link to comment

httpwww.photos.netphot 0 Posted September 9, 2008 Great light, Simon, the clouds add a lot of depth and drama to this shot! Love the bits of blue sky showing through. As for the 3 & 4 raters, I don't remember ever seeing one leave a comment! I don't think any of my photos deserve a 3/3 rating, and none of yours certainly do! Just cowards who have nothing better to do but to bring other people down! Again, great shot! Regards, Joe Link to comment

david morgan 0 Posted September 9, 2008 The use of light to break up the scene and provide depth and interest is masterly. The word awesome is overused to an idiotic degree on this board but for once it is appropriate. Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 260 Posted September 9, 2008 I don't know where and how do you people find and make these dramatic skies, but it sometimes looks great just like this time! PDE Link to comment
ewert02 0 Posted September 10, 2008 I really like the scattered light from the sun through the clouds. The greens in the foreground and in the hills are really nice. The thick clouds in the sky also add some nice drama to scene. Nicely done. Link to comment
