Mt. Rainier's Summit & Clouds

Due to clouds I didn't expect to take any pictures that evening as I drove up to the

Sunrise visitor center in Mt. Rainier National Park. Just as we pulled into the parking lot

though the clouds parted with the sunset catching the wispy edges. Not knowing how

long it would last I didn't have time to set up my tripod as I normally would so I pulled my

van to a good spot, rolled the window down half way and used it as a brace. This was

the first true test of my new 55-250mm lens and I was quite happy with the results.
