the house no longer is there

Sharing my feelings as Gustav heads it's way towards the gulf. .

 

As you can see here the house is gone. The house was taken away by

Ivan over three years ago (you can see it and what the damage looked

like in my picture folders under BUILDINGS).

 

As this hurricane Gustav (or any other one) travels towards the gulf

coast and we wonder where it is going lets just remember it is

affecting "people" and "lives" and it isn't just sensationalism (or a

cool thing). I sit here hoping that it will weaken and do little

harm and will hopefully not produce much damage here. ~ micki

Hey Micki! As you know I call everything from New Orleans to Pensacola home, as I spend so much time among the entire gulf coast. Let us say a little prayer for our friends and neighbors in western Miss. and La. As for Mobile, it is just a little breezy and of course keeping an eye out for tornadoes. I am seeing that ya'll around Pensacola are getting a little more tornadoe action than we are here. Stay safe....regards....LJ

we had off and on flickers of lights going off this morning but didn't have the electricity go out.

 

I'm hoping I don't wake up to another Tornado Warning like I have the last two days.

 

Here's hoping the next three stay out in the ocean and go POOF!
