One of the famous landmark in Yehliu Geopark. An example of mushroom rock. These rocks had gone through sea erosion & as time went by, the hard rocks yielded evidence of wind, sun, sea wave & strong northwestern monsoon erosion. Today mushroom rocks here demonstrate an eroding process - from no-neck, broad-neck, to narrow-neck ones. Does this resemble a Queen's head? ALl feedback welcome.

That's exactly what I thought!!! Reminded me of the depictions of Nefertiti, with her long neck!!!! Great composition and choice of light (:-))!!! Fantastic capture!!!!! I don't know who this photo is by to give credit, but here is the analogy. Regards.

I like this a lot. An artist could use this as inspiration for mythological based painting. Great angle and thanks for the bg story. p.s. The bust of Nefertiti is from the Egyptian Museum in San Jose California , I believe. It looks identical to the one I took pictures of. And I totally see the resemblance.
