daniel montero 0 Posted August 29, 2008 I have some problems with this photo. Horizont is not tilted (follow the sea line, and not the hills at the bottom) but some people insist to say that horizont is tilted. Any inputs to show me how to demonstrate it? Cheers Link to comment
veezais_gr 0 Posted August 29, 2008 Daniel, this is a difficult one - not only the mountains on the horizon, but also the position of the sun and the slightly tilted line where the sea meets the shore all add up to the illusion of a tilted horizon. Unfortunatelly all I can say is either you can live with it or try a different composition. As for me, I'm not disturbed by it. Regards, Sandris Link to comment
stp 6 Posted August 30, 2008 Looks fine to me. Nice foreground, a beach that I don't see in my part of the world. Link to comment
jmllovera 0 Posted August 30, 2008 That's a tipical problem I find sometimes. Here, as well as mountains or the breaking waves, the last curves of this nearest rocks doesn't helps for it. You could tild a little bit more the image to try a visual impression or forget the problem and find other images to catch... ;-P Anyway is a nice shot! JM Link to comment
Saludos Link to comment
luisamlara 0 Posted November 16, 2008 Dear All, the horizon is not tilted, but the presence of hills to the right of the image seems to confuse people thinking it is the sea horizon. For the rest of picture, I find it very expressive. Regards, LML. Link to comment
