I'd just like to add two words on this work: the Ara Pacis is an "altar erected by the senate in honour of the victorious return of Augustus from Spain and Gaul in 13 B.C., on which the magistrates, priests and Vestals should offer annual sacrifices". The glass is part of the controversial minimalist museum designed by architect Richard Meier. My intention was to show various [architectural] moments: ancient, modern and contemporary, like I tried to do with the "Airplane, Moon and Amphiteatrum work". Thank you, Giuseppe
