Distorted Rose

This is really creative Kim! connotes quite an imaginative landscape for me; not sure if it is Heaven or Hell, though. It also reminds me of those Magic Rock gardens that I had as a kid, you know, where you would drop the little colored rocks into the glass of "magic" liquid and they would start to grow into colorful mountains. Hard to believe this started out as a rose. Great color and texture. Regards.

Kim, I'm like Walter. My first perception was that an angel was descending. Seriously, this image captivates me because it is so original and dramatic. You sense of creativity is boundless, I believe. This photo is a pleasure to view and study.

I'm not a big fan of digital manipulations, but this is just an amazing image. The colors are surreal and intense. This I can see hanging on my wall. An eye popper.

Thanks, everyone. I create these distorted flowers every once in awhile. Not every flower works well for this technique.

You know I love the distorted flowers, Kim! :-) I really like the symmetry in this. I also like the black background.

These kind of create themselves - I don't usually have a particular design in mind when I start.
