Symbols instead of words

A local farmer had a problem with the justice system, so she began

writting blurbs about it and putting them up on her farm, then one day

the police came out and told her to take them down because people

may stop and read them and it would cause a distraction along the

highway, so she began painting what she wanted to say. What I am

trying to say is that they can easily take a way your rights with strange

loopholes, but through creativity you can find your own loopholes.
