Nice work...a bit dark but it fits the mood...If I had to change something it would be an equal crop of foreground and sky.. to make it symmetrical.. IMHO... Congrats Ken

The darknes in the image contributes to the mood on it, Very well composed. I like the crop that you have selected. Looks like a vertical pano.

Thanks everyone for your kind words, and for taking the time to comment. My first version of this actually had the trees vertically centered in the image, but it just felt too static to me in that form. Putting the trees at the top 1/3 line made the image feel more dynamic to me, put more emphasis on the water, and created the feeling of falling into the sky.

this is a gem.......
