Niche black and white, however a little more contrast would help I think. Somethings feels wrong about the perspective.

This has a good range of tones and I quite like the reduced contrast. The array of geometric shapes and materials provide depth and interest. The flow of lines leads the eye nicely around the image. I do find it a bit lacking in the upper portion because of the large area of sky and the rather flat appearance of the strong black and white building. Possibly a slight crop from the top would give a little more balance to the composition.
