Good exposure and detail, but it doesn't look like a peregrine. Peregrines have sideburns with dark eyes.

Monte, my apologies if is not a Peregrine. In which case I would love to know what it is....looked it up and I cannot tell for sure, could it be a sparrow hawk, I will confirm it with my cousin who is an expert.
