it's so beautiful. like an old tale. I guess it could be more effective if it was in BW or sepia mode

Good, dynamic composition: my eye sweeps along the building taking in the sky above to the equestrian bronze sculpture which propels my senses on while all its detail and the soft last light of the sun invite me to linger. A little oversharpened, perhaps?

May be try the B&W septia version and try to reduce the USM a bit.
