Heidi in hair fashion shot. Comments?

I like when fashion shots are shifted towards portraits and here you can see that shift. However, the earring system doesn't work. If you have such a distinct piece of jewelry in a photo they need to be in focus because they steal so much attention. The earring actually grabs my eyes stronger than the eyes and yet only the eyes are in focus. Forget the earring here and it's a very strong fashion portrait presenting charisma well and it's also moody.
