I love the perspective and angle. To me, this photograph is very much about texture as well. Beautiful texture on what seems to be a stucco or adobe-like structure. I love the large curves especially against the more angular building behind and the staircase-like edge. Very nice lighting which really shows off the texture. The only thing that seems off is the sky. It's strong daylight so the dark sky is not making sense to me.

Thank you for your encouraging comments, especially to you Fred, for your detailed analysis. Yap, the sky seems too dark given the position of the sun, perhaps because the circular polarizer and because this image was taken in manual mode, shutter speed 1/400 and aperture 1:4, checking my knowledge of the camera and experimenting its capabilities. This is the final result that I do prefer after several shots with a full automatic intent included (the just painted white wall is too bright). It is a very old greek chapel at the Sifnos island, delightful indeed.
