Absolutely brilliant photograph! Very surrealistic and very eye-catching. My only wish is that the red balloon on the right side were fully included, or not; but not a big deal. Very cool photograph, and thanks for sharing. Cheers! Chris

Ahmet: thanks for visiting and commenting.

Bojan: Thanks for the kind words.

PDE: thanks - have to stop by to see what creative things you have been up to lately.

Michael: thanks for the endorsement.

Ian: Thanks - like your Oregon image.

Chris: I see you may be going to Oregon: You are absolutely right about the 1/2 red ballon on the right. Should have got it right in the field. My only excuse is that they were moving quite quickly and this was the best out of the 4 or 5 images taken. I actually twisted the camera to achieve the slight diagonal position of the balloons. If this was a commercial image, I would 'fix' that red balloon. All the very best,

Oh, I knew that it was a totally serendipitous shot. One never has a chance to think when catching something like this; you take what you get - and grin largely afterward. I may not get to Oregon this summer/fall; but I've moved up on the list; that and Olympic National Park. Take care, Tony. Cheers! Chris

My only criticisms here would be slightly over-saturated reds and lack of emotion. Good exposure, good colors, but it looks a bit fake with the natural looking sky and white/other color balloons and then BAM, all the super-saturated reds.

If you could have included someone releasing one of the balloons, it would have more emotion/humanity linked to the photo and therefore, more worth-while as a piece of artwork.

+1 to the cut-off balloon on the right margin needing to go.
