I love the placement of the barn wherein if you follow the space between the two cloud formation lead you to it. The lines in the foreground are great too. Excellent composition for a landscape. Congratulations - Lester

the drama is obvious but still you controlled everything in your exposure as more often as not isn't the case in these kind of photo's. Because of that it has a delicacy that exceeds the dramatic feel of this landscape and that's what makes this one stand out. As Marcel Proust once said "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes". As far as I'm concerned you've proved his point.

Hats off to a drop-dead beautiful photo. I love the panoramic sweep of the clouds and fields. The barn offers a place of rest. A point of reality in the midst of glory.

I like this composition very much, the asymmetric placement of the house and the sharpness of the field lines in the middle. Together with the clouds this makes a nicely balanced image.
