'Sunset over Ross River, Tasmania' (best viewed larger)

This is another of my old Mamiya 645 photos taken in the mid 1980's.

The sun was setting just as I was approaching Ross on my way from

Hobart to Launceston. The sun takes a long time to set in Tasmania so

I had time to drive to the river a take a number of shots as the sky

slowly darkened. This was taken from the South-East side of the river

not far from the convict built Ross River Bridge.
