Im a retoucher specialized in beauty/portrait/cosmetic so some of those quick comment migth help you i hope : )

1_had some highlight in her eye with let say the dodge tool set to hightligth and just use it on the bottom of the pupil.

2_remove the green fringing on her hair..look strange.

3_i would pinch here nose a bit, seem a bit too big

4_i would get (her real) left eye a bit bigger

5_tone down the arms highlight

6_fix her lips, i mean continue the colro on both side

7_remove some of the little hair flying around in her neck, the closest one of the chin for example.

8_and lastly maybe add a bit of contrast on her eyelids to pop the makup a bit.
