paolo de faveri 1 Posted August 5, 2008 In spite of what someone could think, this was not made in studio. I took this picture this afternoon at around 14:00 in broad daylight. The daisy was partially covered by some leaves of a small bush right beside it, and that's the reason of the uneven enlightment. In PS, I adjusted level, curves, brightness and contrast in order to darken the bg and enhance the fine details of this wonderful flower. Your c&c are as always very welcome, thanks in advance for your time. Details: Eos 400D, Sigma EX-DG 24-70 f2,8, tripod. 1/125 f5,6 +2/3 Ev Link to comment

whosecameraisforpix 0 Posted August 5, 2008 Paolo, this is a beautiful image. I have used a similar technique to highlight many of my flowers taken in the field. Well done and best wishes. Link to comment
