A lovely face with a natural smile but I would should brush out, or fade, the background objects on both sides of the head.

Thank you for suggestions. I do not know much about photoshop. I do not know anything about brush. I have tried something here like you suggest but It is not good. I am not good at this. I see that it would be better to blur than to take out. I just do not know how.
