Inspiration

This is excellent! Very minimalistic with some very good lighting conditions. Good move to put the tops of the weir poles above the horizon too. The muted god-beams coming down through the hole in the clouds is priceless. I might be tempted to crop down from the top just enough to remove that strip of dark-gray cloud in the extreme upper right. A magnificent photograph, Lester. Congratulations! Cheers! Chris

The simplicity of the content is the strength of the image the poles create a line of interest across the frame and the mood and the light are superb. Beautifully photographed and composed.

A beautiful image. To me the brightness of the greens contrast wonderfully to the otherwise serene and muted beauty of this picture. The upright poles extending above the horizon is very well composed. Very nicely done and best wishes
